APPLICATIONS
Suitable for all types of Granular and Powder products such as Tea, Coffee, Spices, Tobacco, Rice, Sugar, Cereals, Milk Powder, Dry Fruits, Nuts, Soup Powder, Detergent Powder, chemicals, Pesticides, Insecticides etc. Machine is meant for Continuous operation to seal any type of pouch made of laminates, or virgin films (Heat Seal able).
SALIENT FEATURES
- Machine Description: The machine comprises of a filling system and a sealing system. Filling system can be volumetric cup filler or an Augar filler or Electronic load Cell weigher.
- Sealing System consists of a conveyor belt on which filled pouches are placed, thereafter filled pouches automatically pass through the sealing jaws and force air cooling unit, ensuring perfect seal.

- Construction: All contact parts are made of stainless steel. Controls are enclosed in a sealed cabinet machines required minimum maintenance. Machine mounted on wheels.
- Fill Range: 100 gm to 1 kg (Depending upon product to be packed).
